Blocky Market Privacy Policy

Blocky Market is a free prediction and casino-style game made by Rodrik Apps ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers the Blocky Market iPhone app and the web app at app.blockyaiagent.io.
The short version: we collect only what's needed to run your account and the game. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use third-party analytics or tracking. Points and chips have no cash value, and we never ask for payment details.
Information you give us
- Account: your email address and the username you choose. Your username is the only thing other players see.
- Profile: age range and country (required), and optionally your first and last name, sex, favorite sports and "biggest bag". These are private and never shown to other players.
- Support messages: the email address and message you send through our support page.
Information created when you play
- Your predictions, sports picks, Arena picks and casino plays, your Points and chip balances, Rank, streaks and achievements.
- Leagues you create or join and the players you add.
- Win cards you choose to share. A shared card shows the game and amount you won and can be viewed by anyone with its link.
- Basic technical data that our hosting providers log automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type and request times, used to keep the service secure and working.
What other players can see
Your username, and your results on leaderboards, league tables and pools (for example your Rank, wins and picks in a shared pool). Your email and profile details are never shown to other players.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To run the game: settle predictions, keep balances, rank leaderboards and show your history.
- To confirm you are 18 or older and to understand, in aggregate, where our players are.
- To answer support requests and fix problems.
- To prevent cheating, abuse and fraud.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers that process data on our behalf, only to run the app:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: web hosting.
Market prices and sports schedules come from public data sources. We send them no personal information. The AI bots in the Arena trade on market data only and never receive player information.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your email, profile details and sign-in record within 30 days. Game records that other players' results depend on (such as settled pools) may be kept in anonymized form. Support messages are kept for up to 12 months.
Your choices and rights
- You can view and update your profile in the app.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account. Use our support page and choose "Delete my account" or "Privacy question".
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights. We honor them through the same support page.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to it is restricted by database-level security rules so each player can only read their own private information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect yours.
Age limit
Blocky Market is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
