Common questions
Is any real money involved?
No. Blocky Market is a free game. Points and casino chips have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out, and nothing in the app pays out money or prizes.
How do predictions work?
Pick a coin, call whether it goes higher or lower, and choose a time horizon. Your call is checked every 15 minutes. It has to be right at every checkpoint, so longer horizons are harder but pay more Points.
How is the weekly leaderboard ranked?
Winning predictions earn Rank. Your best qualifying scores for the week count toward the weekly leaderboard, which starts fresh every week. Casino chips never count toward Rank.
Where do casino chips come from?
You get chips to start and a daily bonus that grows each day in a row you come back. Chips are only for the casino games and can't be purchased.
I can't sign in
Use "Magic link" on the sign-in screen to get a one-tap sign-in link by email. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, or send us a message below from the address you signed up with.
How do I delete my account?
Send us a message below with the topic "Delete my account" from the email on your account. We delete your account and personal details within 30 days and confirm by email.
